To the extent allowed by law, neither Too Hot To Handle Candles nor any of its employees, officers, directors, or agents shall have any liability for incidental, consequential, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or special damages suffered by you or any other party arising out of or related to your use of the Too Hot To Handle Candles website, services or products, or your purchase of services or products from Too Hot To Handle Candles via the website or otherwise.

To the extent allowed by law, the liability of Too Hot To Handle Candles to you or any other user of Too Hot To Handle Candles services or products for any reason and upon any cause of action shall be limited to and shall in no event exceed the sum of the greater of one-hundred dollars ($100.00) or, in the event that your dispute or claim arises from your purchase of services or products, the cost of such disputed services or products (i.e. the amount you paid to Too Hot To Handle Candles for such services or products). This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including, without limitation, breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentations, non-infringement, and other causes of action or allegations.

3. Health Disclaimer

Participating in any type of BDSM activity, including wax play, has inherent risk of injury. Any text, pictures, and description set forth in this website is for educational purposes only and does not advise that you or any other website user undertake or perform any BDSM activity, including wax play. While our candles are formulated to not cause burns, irrespective of the distance between the candle and the skin, users of our products do so at their own risk. Likewise, if the wax is melted using an external melting device instead of the wick, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the wax temperature is safe for being poured onto the skin. In all cases, the use of our products is done at your own risk and peril and Too Hot To Handle Candles is not liable for any injuries that might occur.
